经鼻型肠梗阻导管在急性粘连性肠梗阻中的临床应用
摘要
<正>肠梗阻(intestinal obstruction)是各种原因引起的肠内容物运行障碍,是普外科常见急症,约占急腹症的20%[1]。肠梗阻按病因分类分为机械性肠梗阻、动力性肠梗阻、血运性肠梗阻。粘连性肠梗阻是机械性肠梗阻中最常见的类型,约占所有肠梗阻的60%[2]。肠梗阻是一种凶险的常见急腹症,死亡率较高,约为5%～10%,如有绞窄性肠梗阻死亡率高达10%～20%[3]。肠梗阻的治疗分为
