摘要

在新型城镇化背景下,了解和分析公众需求的时空差异是城市更新的重要前提。以汕头老城区为例,通过SPSS的因子分析等统计学分析方法研究了城市更新过程中不同人群的需求特征,并通过ArcGIS研究了其空间分布特征。通过汕头老城区与城市建设现状的对比,对汕头城市更新改造提出了建议。
        This paper argues that it is important to understand and analyze the spatial differences of public demand in the process of urban renewal in the context of new-style urbanization. Taking the old urban district of Shantou city for example, the characteristics of different populations in urban renewal process was studied by using SPSS factor analysis method, and the spatial distribution characteristics were also studied by using ArcGIS Geostatistical Analyst. Based on the difference between these characteristics and current situation of urban construction, this paper puts out some suggestions for Shantou urban renewal.
