摘要
针对我校区多层次培训任务中士官职业教育的要求,分析了军校本科学历教育和士官职业教育的培养目标、学员特点和课程作用的不同,从重构教学内容、创新教学模式、改革课程考核和提升教员素质等四个方面对《电工技术基础》课程的士官教学进行了探讨和思考。
Aiming at requirements of sergeant professional education in the multi-level training task of our campus,the differences between military academy undergraduate education and sergeant professional education are analyzed from train target,trainee characteristics and curriculum function.Sergeant teaching of "Fundamental Electrical Technology" is discussed from four aspects,including reconstructing teaching content,innovating teaching model,reforming course examination and improving the quality of teachers.
