舒芬太尼自控静脉镇痛治疗在晚期癌痛中的应用

摘要
目的分析舒芬太尼在晚期癌痛镇痛治疗中自控静脉镇痛的治疗效果。方法选择陆丰市人民医院2016年1月-2018年12月收治的晚期癌症患者40例,随机分为观察组和对照组各20例,对照组采用吗啡缓释片进行镇痛,观察组采用舒芬太尼进行自控镇痛,比较两组患者的NRS评分情况以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组不良反应发生率为15.00%,低于对照组的45.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组NRS评分情况比较差异无统计学意义((P>0.05)。结论在晚期癌痛镇痛治疗中应用舒芬太尼自控静脉镇痛治疗,可以取得明显的镇痛效果,不良反应较少,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic efficacy of sufentanil in self-controlled intravenous analgesia treatment of advanced cancer pain.Methods 40 patients with advanced cancer admitted to Lufeng People's Hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 20 patients in each group.The control group was treated with morphine sustained-release tablets for analgesia.Self-controlled analgesia was performed with sufentanil in the observation group.The NRS scores and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 15.00%,which was lower than 45.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no signific:ant difference in NRS score between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the analgesic treatment for advanced cancer pain,the obvious analgesic effect can be achieved by using sufentanil self-controlled intravenous analgesia,and the adverse reaction is less, which is worthy of clinical application.
