新时期高校选调生培养路径探索——以浙江大学生工食品学院为例

摘要
选调生是党和国家新时期培养选拔优秀年轻干部的"源头工程"。浙江大学生工食品学院高度重视选调生工作,以高度的政治责任感和使命感,本着为学生负责的态度,多措并举,多方努力,将理想信念教育与选调生培养相结合,加强对学生的价值引领,全力做好选调生的引导和培养工作,让更多的优秀学子充实到选调生队伍中。
The selection of graduates is the "source project" for training and selecting outstanding young cadres in the new period of the country. College of Bio-systems Engineering and Food Science of Zhejiang University attaches great importance to the work of selective graduates. The college takes multiple measures with a high sense of political responsibility and a sense of mission, in the attitude of being responsible for students. The belief education and the training of selective graduates are combined to guide the students' values. We will do our best to guide and train the selective graduates, to make more outstanding students join the team of selective graduates.
