摘要

目的:观察研究淫羊藿苷在骨质疏松状态下对喷砂大颗粒酸蚀纯钛种植体骨整合影响。方法:通过切除卵巢获得骨质疏松模型,植入喷砂大颗粒酸蚀纯钛种植体后,用淫羊藿苷作用去势+淫羊藿苷组,等量生理盐水作用假去势组和去势组,观察测量种植体骨结合率、种植体螺纹区骨面积、松质骨区骨量。结果:三个月后淫羊藿苷组和去势组与假去势组相比,体重具有显著差异。种植体植入后1个月,淫羊藿苷组种植体骨结合率、种植体螺纹区骨面积均明显高于其他两组,具有显著差异。植入后2个月、3个月,淫羊藿苷组种植体骨结合率、种植体螺纹区骨面积、松质骨区骨量均明显优于其他两组,具有显著差异。结论:在SD大鼠骨质疏松模型中,淫羊藿苷的抗骨质疏松作用与雌激素相近,能够提高种植体骨结合率、种植体螺纹区骨面积、宽度和骨板节,降低松质骨区骨量,在骨质疏松状态下对喷砂大颗粒酸蚀纯钛种植体骨整合具有良好的促进作用,可用于指导临床用药,在临床治疗中广泛应用和推广。
        Objective:To observe and study the effect of icariin on the bone integration of pure titanium implant with large granule acid etching under the condition of osteoporosis.Methods:after removing the ovary to obtain the osteoporosis model and implanting the pure titanium implant with sandblasting and acid erosion,the combination of icariin and icariin group was used,and the pseudo-castration group and castration group were treated with the same amount of normal saline,and the bone binding rate,the bone area in the screw area of the implant and the bone quantity in the cancellous bone area were observed and measured.Results:there were significant differences in body weight between the icariin group and the castration group and the false castration group after 3 months.One month after implantation,the implant bone binding rate and the bone area of the implant screw zone in the icariin group were significantly higher than the other two groups,showing significant differences.Two and three months after implantation,the implant bone binding rate,the bone area in the threaded area of the implant and the bone volume in the cancellous bone area of the icariin group were significantly better than those of the other two groups,showing significant differences.Conclusion:in SD rat osteoporosis models,epimedium glycoside anti osteoporosis effect similar to estrogen,can increase the rate of implant bone combined,implant thread section area bone area,width and bone plate,reduce the cancellous bone mass,in the condition of osteoporosis of sandblasting larger particles acid corrosion of pure titanium implant bone integration has a good role in promoting,can be used to guide clinical drug use,wide application and popularization in clinical treatment.
