吸收能力、知识溢出对企业创新绩效的影响机理研究——来自高新技术园区的实证

摘要
在信息技术快速发展的时代,知识溢出对提升企业的创新绩效至关重要,而吸收能力在二者关系间扮演着重要的角色。在构建相应理论模型的基础上,通过对浙江省高新技术园区内450家企业的问卷调查,利用逐级回归的方法,对吸收能力、知识溢出和企业创新绩效三者间的相互作用关系进行了实证检验,得到了以下结论:吸收能力、知识溢出均对企业创新绩效存在显著地正向作用;吸收能力不仅对企业创新绩效存在直接的正向作用,也可以通过知识溢出对企业创新绩效产生积极的间接调节作用,但是吸收能力对企业创新绩效的直接影响要明显优于间接影响。值得一提的是,吸收能力的这一调节效应在战略性新兴行业中显著。
In the era of rapid development of information technology,knowledge spillover is very important for the improvement of firm's innovation capacity,and absorptive capacity plays an important role in the relationship between the two. In this paper,the empirical test is carried out on the relationship between the three with the method of stepwise regression according to the questionnaire surveys of 450 enterprises in the innovation cluster in Zhejiang Province. The results are as follows: absorptive capacity and knowledge spillovers have a significant positive effect on innovation performance; absorptive capacity not only has a direct positive effect on enterprise innovation performance,It can also produce a positive indirect effect on firm innovation performance through knowledge spillover. And the direct effect of absorptive capacity on enterprise innovation performance is far greater than the indirect effect. It is worth mentioning that the moderating effect of absorptive capacity is significant in the strategic emerging industries.
