摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法检测液态乳中的乙基麦芽酚的方法。样品用乙腈提取,离心过滤膜检测。该方法简单、准确,适合液态乳中乙基麦芽酚的检测。该方法在0.5~100 mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9999,回收率为87.81%~98.82%,RSD为1.03%~3.27%。符合定量检测的要求。
The HPLC method for determination of ethyl malto in liquid milk was developed. The sample was abstracted by acetonitrile, centrifugated and filtered..The method was simple and accurate, was suitable for the determination of ethyl malto in liquid milk.The method made a good linearity between 0.5~100 mg/L.The correlation coefficients was 0.9999,The recovery was 87.81% ~98.82%,The RSD was1.03%~3.27%.These met the standards of quantification detection.
