经PBS生物转化后的斑蝥代谢液对Lewis肺癌小鼠的抑瘤作用

摘要
目的:研究经PBS生物转化后的斑蝥代谢液对Lewis肺癌小鼠的抗肿瘤作用。方法:采用经PBS转化后的不同浓度的斑蝥代谢液对小鼠Lewis肺癌进行治疗,考察斑蝥代谢液对模型小鼠的一般情况,体重增加率,瘤重抑制率,胸腺和脾脏系数的影响,同时与代谢前的斑蝥水煎液作比较。结果:(1)与阳性对照组比较,斑蝥水提液与斑蝥代谢液的体重增加率显著提高,具有显著性差异性(P <0. 01);其中斑蝥代谢液组较水提液组小鼠的体重增加率提高更明显,具有显著性差异(P <0. 01);(2)在瘤重抑制率方面,随着给药剂量的增加,药物对斑蝥代谢液组小鼠的抑制率增强,与斑蝥水提液组相比,具有显著性差异(P <0. 01);(3)在对胸腺和脾脏系数的改善方面,与阳性对照组比较,斑蝥代谢液的低、中剂量组作用明显,具有显著性差异(P <0. 01),与斑蝥水提液相比,该方面的改善作用也具有显著性差异(P <0. 01)。结论:斑蝥代谢液较水提液对Lewis肺癌小鼠的抑制作用增强,其作用的机制可能是通过增强机体的免疫功能实现的。
        Objective: In this study we explored the antitumor effect of cantharis by photosynthetic bacteria(PBS) biotransformation on Lewis lung cancer in mice. Methods: In antitumor activity experiments of different concentrations of cantharis metabolites by conversion of PBS on Lewis lung cancer in mice,general condition of mice,inhibition rate of tumor weight,weight gain rates and thymus and spleen index were observed and compared with the water decoction of cantharis. Results:(1) In the groups of water extract and metabolic liquid by PBS biotransformation of cantharis(BMDX),weight gain rate increased significantly with significant difference(P < 0. 01) against positive control.(2) Inhibition rate of tumor weight metabolic liquid by PBS biotransformation of cantharis enhancement increased with the dosage increasing compared with water extract of cantharis(P < 0. 01).(3) The thymus and spleen coefficient of low and medium dose of BMDX groups were enhanced against the positive control and metabolic liquid by PBS biotransformation of cantharis(P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Antitumor effect of Cantharis by PBS biotransformation on Lewis lung cancer in mice increased against water extract of cantharis and its mechanism may be through enhancing the immune function of the body.
