摘要
为解决三元复合驱注入液、采出液的强碱性影响原有堵剂封堵效果的问题研究了一种以辐射改性聚合物为主剂,(NH4)2S2O8为引发剂,聚丙烯酰胺为增强剂,水泥为添加剂的抗碱堵剂,通过室内实验的方法对影响调剖体系性能的因素进行评价。首先,根据各个组分对堵剂封堵效果影响的变化规律确定各组分质量分数的合理范围,再利用正交实验优选最佳配比,最终优选出堵剂体系的最佳质量分数为主剂13%,引发剂0.12%,增强剂0.06%,水泥5%。并且利用上述配方配制的调剖体系进行了3组调剖高低渗透层的岩心实验,验证了所配制调剖体系对于高渗透层具有良好的封堵效果,对低渗透层无污染,证明了配方的合理性。
        In order to solve the the problem that the strong alkali of the alkali/surfactant/polymer(ASP)flooding injection liquid and production fluid affect the plugging affect the plugging effect of the original plugging agent,through the method of laboratory experiments, a radiation-modified polymer was used as the main agent, ammonium persulfate was used as the initiator, polyacrylamide was used as the reinforcing agent, cement was used as the addi-tive plugging agent, and the effect was exerted. Experiments on the performance factors of the profile control system,it is preferred that the best mass fraction of the plugging agent is 13% of the main agent, 0.12% of the initiator,0.06% of the reinforcing agent, and 5% of the cement, so that the plugging agent has a higher blocking rate after gelation. In addition, using the profile control system prepared by the above formula, three core experiments of pro-file control high and low permeability layers were carried out, which verified that the prepared profile control system has good sealing effect on the high permeability layer and no pollution to the low permeability layer. Prove the ra-tionality of the formula.
