摘要
结合一维随机介质模型和波导理论,设计了一种由ZnO随机介质粒子和金粒子构成的多层随机激光二维波导结构。采用量子理论分析了模型的出射激光增益粒子数和反转粒子数。动态特性的量子理论分析结果表明:系统由一系列驰豫造成超快响应,其响应时间在100fs水平。实验结果表明:当金粒子的填充率在25%~30%时,模型能够更好地实现出射激光;设计的二维随机激光模型的峰值能够达到10~4 V/m量级,可以实现激光出射。
Based on 1Drandom medium and waveguide theory,we design a multi-layer random laser 2D waveguide structure composed of gold particles and ZnO random medium.We use the quantum theory to analyze the model of the output laser gain particle number and inversion of particle number.The dynamic characteristics of the quantum theory analysis system are caused by a series of relaxation ultra-fast response,and the response time is ~100fs.The experimental results show:the model of gold particles fill rates between 25%~30%can achieve the output laser more effectively.The peak of the design of 2Drandom laser model can reach 104 V/m order of magnitude.
