摘要

化学化工领域科技查新工作要作好新颖性的判定,指出了科技查新工作存在的问题,如对查新工作不够重视、查新人员文献检索能力较弱、文献数据资源有限。阐述了提升科技查新工作水平的途径,如规范查新报告撰写,加强人员查新意识,提高查新人员自身素质,发挥高校图书馆的资源优势,以期有效促进科研成果转化,促进社会的进步和发展。
        It is analyzed that novelty judgment should be done well in scientific and technological novelty search in chemical and chemical fields. The problems of scientific and technological novelty retrieval are proposed,such as insufficient attention to novelty retrieval,weak ability of novelty retrieval personnel and limited resources of literature and data. It expounds the ways to improve the level of scientific and technological novelty retrieval,such as standardizing the writing of novelty retrieval reports,strengthening the consciousness of novelty retrieval,improving the quality of novelty retrieval personnel,and giving full play to the resource advantages of university libraries,so as to promote the transformation of scientific research results and promote social progress and development.
