摘要

目的:分析急性白血病患者化疗期间口腔黏膜炎的预防及护理。方法:选择本院2016年1月至2018年6月收治的88例急性白血病患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。对照组43例给予常规护理干预,观察组45例给予综合护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组口腔黏膜炎发生率为24.44%,明显低于对照组的81.40%,相对比,P<0.05(χ~2=17.4934)。结论:急性白血病患者在化疗期间给予有效的护理,可使口腔黏膜炎发生率减低。
        Objective:To analyze the prevention and care of oral mucositis during chemotherapy in patients with acute leukemia. Methods: Eighty-eight patients with acute leukemia admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. In the control group, 43 patients received routine nursing intervention, and 45 patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention to compare the nursing effects of the two groups. Results: The incidence of oral mucositis in the observation group was 24.44%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group(81.40%,P < 0.05(χ~2=17.4934) Conclusion: Patients with acute leukemia who receive effective care during chemotherapy can reduce the incidence of oral mucositis.
