分析盐酸罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼硬膜外麻醉用于无痛分娩的临床效果

摘要
目的:探讨盐酸罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼硬膜外麻醉在无痛分娩中的应用效果。方法:从本院妇产科2017年1～12月收治的入院分娩产妇中选出100例,以采用的不同药物麻醉方法为标准,分为观察组与对照组各50例,观察组采用盐酸罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼硬膜外麻醉,对照组采用罗哌卡因硬膜外麻醉,比较两组分娩过程中的疼痛情况、镇痛指标、分娩结果以及满意度。结果:观察组疼痛感0级19例,I级26例,Ⅱ级3例,Ⅲ级2例,均比对照组更好,表明疼痛感较轻,P<0.05。观察组起效时间比对照组快,完全阻滞时间更短,持续时间更长,均好于对照组,P<0.05。在分娩结果方面,观察组顺产率比对照组高,剖宫产率比对照组低,P<0.05,观察组镇痛效果完全满意37例,基本满意10例,不满意3例,满意度达到94%,高于对照组的72%,P<0.05。结论:采用盐酸罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼对无痛分娩产妇进行硬膜外麻醉,麻醉效果较好,减轻疼痛感,起效快,持续时间长,有助于顺利分娩。
Objective:To investigate the effect of epidural anesthesia with ropivacaine hydrochloride and sufentanil hydrochloride in painless delivery. Methods:One hundred patients were selected from the maternal women admitted to hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology,and patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the standard of different drug anesthesia used by patients. Pain status and analgesic indicators during delivery were compared between the two groups. Childbirth results and satisfaction. Results:The observation group had 19 cases of grade 0 pain,26 cases of grade I,3 cases of grade II,and 2 cases of grade III. These indicators were better than those of the control group,indicating that the pain was mild,P<0.05. The satisfaction rate was 94%,which was higher than 70% of the maternal women in the control group,P <0.05. Conclusion:The use of ropivacaine hydrochloride combined with sufentanil hydrochloride for epidural anesthesia in painless delivery mothers,the effect of anesthesia is better,for the maternal pain relief,rapid onset,long duration,helps the maternal delivery.
