FC-52化工型加氢裂化催化剂的研制及分析

摘要
针对当前炼化企业对化工型加氢裂化催化剂的需求,中国石油化工股份有限公司大连石油化工研究院开发研制了FC-52化工型加氢裂化催化剂。该催化剂以富含介孔结构和酸性位可接近性好的ASSY分子筛为主要裂化组分,以金属钼-镍为加氢组分,采用混捏法技术制备而成。与USSY分子筛相比,ASSY分子筛介孔比表面积提高了150%,介孔孔容提高了60%,大幅提高了分子筛的扩散性能和酸性位可接近性,使得FC-52加氢裂化催化剂具有良好的加氢开环性能和加氢裂化活性。以伊朗VGO为原料,与同类型的加氢裂化催化剂相比,FC-52催化剂的重石脑油选择性提高了0.9~1.5百分点;加氢裂化尾油在收率相同时,其BMCI值降低1.0~1.3单位。FC-52催化剂制备过程简单,稳定性好,产品适应性强,具有广阔的应用前景。
        To meet the demand of petrochemical processors for chemical hydrocracking catalysts,the hydrocracking catalyst FC-52 has been successfully developed by using ASSY zeolite which has rich mesopore structure and good accessibility of acid sites as the main cracking component by Dalian Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals. The catalyst FC-52 is prepared by kneading method using molybdenum and nickel as a hydrogenation component. The characteristics of FC-52 catalyst are high hydrocracking activity and excellent performance of ring opening because of the mesopore surface area and pore volume of ASSY zeolite have been increased by 150% and 60% respectively. When Iran VGO is used as the feedstock and as compared with the same type of catalyst,the heavy naphtha selectivity of FC-52 catalyst is increased by 0. 9 ~ 1. 5 percent,the BMCI value of hydrocracking tail oil is decreased by 1. 0 ~ 1. 3 units at the same yield of hydrocracking tail oil. FC-52 catalyst is simple in preparation process,good in stability and high in product adaptability. It has a good application prospect.
