摘要
针对洒水车罐顶加水需人工手动操作的方式,介绍一种罐盖自动启闭机构,代替手动启闭罐盖。给出了自动启闭机构总体设计方案、罐盖结构、气路系统和电气系统工作原理。设计方案表明:自动启闭罐盖相对手动启闭罐盖,可降低操作人员的劳动强度和安全隐患及提高加水过程效率。而且,罐盖自动启闭机构简单实用,增加的成本较低,还可适用于高压清洗车、扫路车、抑尘车等需要加水且具有罐体罐盖的车辆。
In view of the way to fill water to a sprinkling tank, it introduces an automatic open-close mechanism for the cap instead of manual handling, which can get quit for the operator who would otherwise have to move out of the cab to open-close the cap during a water filling process. The author has provided a general design concept-solution to an automatic handling of the cap,together with working principles of the cap's assembly, pneumatic circuit system, and an electric system therefor. The designed solution shows that the automatic device can lower fatigue strength and potential troubles level for the operator while increasing the water filling efficiency. And more, such an cap's function is simple and useful in assembly and lower in cost increase,while the sprinkling tank with the cap can be suitably used for hi-pressure car washing, for street wipers, dust suppression truck, etc.
