使用T形管封闭腹透管外管近隧道出口破裂1例
摘要
<正>临床上腹透管相关性并发症如导管移位、导管堵塞等较常见,而腹透管体外部分破损并不常见,如破损近隧道出口更加难以处理。我们根据文献报道,使用T形管对腹膜透析外管破裂处进行封闭,取得了较好的效果,现报道如下。1临床资料患者女,43岁,因"腹膜透析7个月,腹痛伴发热4 h"于2016年6月1日入科。患者26年前诊断为"慢性肾小球肾炎",2010年出现慢性肾功能不全,2016年4月腹膜透析至今。
