摘要
运用鱼骨图分析法构造了一个评价配电网运行状态的递阶模型,并在层次分析法的基础上引入区间数概念,提出一套新的配电网运行状态评价方法。应用区间数排序可能度理论,有效克服了综合权重发散问题。通过综合权重修正值,能更好地判断影响配电网运行状态的主要因素和次要因素,从而加强对配电网的有效管理。最后,通过吉林省某市配电网实例验证本文所提方法的有效性。与其他评价方法相比,本文所提方法能更准确、全面地体现配电网的运行状态,为配电网建设和现场运行人员提供有效的指导。
        A hierarchical model for evaluating the operation status of distribution network is constructed by using fishbone analysis method. Based on the analytic hierarchy process, the concept of interval number is introduced and a new method for evaluating the operation status of distribution network is proposed.The possibility degree theory of interval number ranking is applied to effectively overcome the problem of divergence of comprehensive weights.The main and secondary factors affecting the operation status of distribution network can be better judged by the revised value of comprehensive weight, so as to strengthen the effective management of distribution network.Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by an example of a distribution network in Jilin Province.Compared with other evaluation methods, the proposed method can more accurately and comprehensively reflect the operation status of distribution network, and provide effective guidance for the construction of distribution network and field operators.
