心脏彩超在多病因慢性心力衰竭诊断中的应用分析

摘要
目的分析心脏彩超在多病因慢性心力衰竭诊断中的应用价值。方法 2015年6月—2018年6月,于该院收治的多病因慢性心力衰竭患者中方便选取70例,均接受心脏彩超检查,对其LVDD(左室舒张末期内径)、LAD(左房内径)、LVEF(左室射血分数)等心功能指标进行测量,并将所测得的LVEF值作为依据,分析其是否正常,将患者分为正常组与下降组,对两组患者治疗前后LVEF值的变化情况进行的对比分析。结果 LVEF下降组治疗前的LVEF值为(34.95±11.62)%,明显低于正常组的(62.62±12.25)%,差异有统计学意义(t=8.8634,P<0.05);与治疗前(34.95±11.62)%对比,下降组患者治疗后的LVEF值(52.36±6.35)%,显著提高,差异有统计学意义(t=26.6258,P<0.05)。结论心脏彩超在诊断多病因心力衰竭虽无特异性,不能将其作为疾病确诊的单一标准和依据,但是心脏彩超数据较为敏感和客观,并且具有操作简单、无创等优点,可作为多病因心力衰竭重要诊断依据,广泛应用于临床。
Objective To analyze the value of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of multiple causes of chronic heart failure. Methods Convenient select from June 2015 to June 2018, 70 patients with multiple causes of chronic heart failure were enrolled in our hospital. All patients underwent echocardiography, including LVDD(left ventricular enddiastolic diameter) and LAD(left atrial diameter), LVEF(left ventricular ejection fraction) and other cardiac function indicators were measured, and the measured LVEF value was used as a basis to analyze whether it was normal. The patients were divided into normal group and descending group, and LVEF values before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. A comparative analysis of the changes was made. Results The LVEF value before treatment was(34.95±11.62)%, which was significantly lower than that of the normal group(62.62±12.25)%, the difference was significant(t=8.8634, P<0.05); before treatment(34.95±11.62)%, the LVEF value(52.36±6.35)% after treatment in the descending group was significantly increased, and the difference was significant(t=26.625 8, P<0.05). Conclusion Cardiac color Doppler is not specific for the diagnosis of multiple causes of heart failure, and can not be used as a single standard and basis for disease diagnosis. However, cardiac ultrasound data is sensitive and objective, and has the advantages of simple operation and noninvasiveness, and can be used as multiple causes of heart failure of the important diagnostic basis, which can be widely used in clinical.
