摘要
目的研究体内维生素D水平与体外受精-胚胎移植(In vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVFET)结局的关联性。方法回顾性分析2016年1月-2017年12月在我院生殖医学科接受体外受精-胚胎移植的妇女235名,检测其血清中25-羟基维生素D水平。根据结果将病人分成维生素D缺乏组(<20ng/ml)和不缺乏组(≥20ng/ml),比较两组IVF结局,主要观察指标为平均获卵数、正常受精卵数、卵裂数、胚胎移植数、生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率和妊娠结局。结果235名研究对象中,维生素D缺乏组(53.2%)和不缺乏组(46.8%)相比,维生素D缺乏组临床妊娠率降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其他指标差异无统计学意义。结论维生素D缺乏影响体外受精-胚胎移植的临床妊娠结果。
        Objective:The study investigated whether there is a correlation between levels of vitamin D and the results of IVF-ET(In vitro fertilization and embryo transfer). Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted among 235 women undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer in reproductive medicine of our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017,The 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels were measured of serum. According to the results,the patients were divided into vitamin D deficiency group(<20 ng/ml)and non-deficiency group(≥20 ng/ml).The main observation index was mean number of the oocytes retrieved,fertilized eggs,cleavages and embryos transferred,fertilization rates and clinical outcomes were compared between the 2 groups. Results:Among 235 subjects,the vitamin D deficiency group(53.2%)compared with the non-deficient group(46.8%),clinical pregnancy rate of vitamin D deficiency group decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). No significant difference in other indicators. Conclusion:Vitamin D deficiency affects clinical pregnancy outcomes of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer.
