摘要
二氧化碳致裂技术是利用致裂器储液管内充装的液态二氧化碳,依靠启动加热装置在启动时产生大量热量,使储液管内液态二氧化碳瞬间气化,高压气体冲破泄能片从释放管释放,利用瞬间产生的强大推力,沿岩体的自然裂隙或爆破引发的烈面冲破岩石,达到致裂的目的。介绍二氧化碳致裂技术原理及优势,以某山区人工挖孔基础基坑开挖中二氧化碳致裂的应用为例,分析研究装管、典型断面眼孔布置、致裂管入孔和封孔、致裂、回收等步骤的实施过程和注意事项,提出在应用过程中需要采取的安全措施。
Carbon dioxide crack technology is the use of crack filling of liquid carbon dioxide liquid storage tube, rely on start heating device when it started to produce a large amount of heat, maked the liquid storage tube liquid carbon dioxide moment gasification, high pressure gas could break through drainage releasing from the tube, the powerful thrust of instant,the natural fractures or blasting of rock mass caused by surface break through rock, achieve the goal of crack.This paper introduces the principle of carbon dioxide cracking technology. Taking the application in the excavation of foundation pit in a mountain area as an example, it analyses the implementation process and precautions of the steps of pipe loading, typical section hole arrangement, cracking pipe entering and sealing, cracking and recovery. Safety measures should be taken in the application process.
