护理风险管理在急诊患者安全管理中的应用效果

摘要
目的评价护理风险管理模式在急诊患者安全管理中的应用效果。方法选取本院急诊科2017年1月至2018年1月就诊的患者200例,分为两组,各100例。干预组予护理风险管理,对照组予一般常规护理。对比两组患者的急救物品完好程度、护理缺陷发生率、以及患者对护理工作的满意程度。由护士长带头组成质量监控小组对两组人员的护理质量评分并进行比较。结果干预组护理缺陷发生率明显低于对照组,急救物品完好成都、患者的护理满意度均明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论护理风险管理模式制度完善、系统全面,有助于规避风险,减少差错,保证护理过程的有序性,为患者提供更优质的护理服务,适合在急诊科推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing risk management model in the safety management of emergency patients. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,200 patients in emergency department of our hospital were divided into two groups,each 100 patients. The intervention group was given nursing risk management and the control group was given general routine nursing. The quality of first aid items,the incidence of nursing defects and the satisfaction of patients to nursing work were compared between the two groups. The nursing quality score of the two groups was evaluated and compared by a quality monitoring team composed of head nurses. Results The incidence of nursing defects in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the patients' nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The system of nursing risk management model is perfect and comprehensive,which helps to avoid risks,reduce errors,ensure the order of nursing process,provide better nursing service for patients,and is suitable for popularization in emergency department.
