摘要
制备了四氧化三铁@金纳米颗粒(Fe_3O_4@AuNPs)复合材料,选用滴涂法制备了Fe_3O_4@AuNPs/壳聚糖修饰电极,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对制备的材料进行表征。结果表明,在浓度为0.1 mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液中(pH 7.0),Fe_3O_4@AuNPs/壳聚糖修饰电极对H_2O_2的还原具有明显的电催化作用。采用计时电流技术对H_2O_2进行检测,检测限为3.3 pmol/L(S/N=3)。此修饰电极能够用于血清中样品中的分析。
In this paper,the Fe_3O_4@ AuNPs nano-material was synthesized,and the scanning electron microscope was used to characterize the morphology of nano-material. In 0. 1 mol/L PBS( pH 7. 0),Fe_3O_4@ AuNPs/chitosan had an obvious electrocatalytic ability for H_2 O_2. The time-current technology was used to detect H_2 O_2 with the detection limit of 3. 3 pmol/L( S/N = 3). In addition,the modified electrodes had good stability, reproducibility and anti-interference, and can be successfully used in the analysis of the samples in the human serum.
