摘要
目的:探讨整合性心理干预配合健康教育对哮喘儿童心理韧性、生活质量及家长认知水平的影响。方法:选取我院2016年10月至2017年9月收治的哮喘患儿110例,按照随机表法分为对照组和观察组各55例。对照组给予常规干预,观察组给予整合性心理干预联合健康教育,比较两组患儿心理韧性、生活质量及家长认知水平。结果:①心理韧性:干预后,观察组患儿目标专注(t=2.581,P<0.05)、情绪控制(t=2.494,P<0.05)、积极认知(t=2.617,P<0.05)、人际协助(t=3.917,P<0.05)、家庭支持(t=2.516,P<0.05)评分均显著高于对照组;②生活质量:干预后,观察组患儿总体健康(t=2.441,P<0.05)、活力(t=2.177,P<0.05)、情感职能(t=2.256,P<0.05)、精神健康(t=2.108,P<0.05)均显著高于对照组;③家长认知水平:干预后,观察组家长哮喘知识(t=3.029,P<0.05)、信念和态度(t=2.257,P<0.05)、家长行为(t=2.433,P<0.05)评分均高于对照组。结论:整合性心理干预配合健康教育可提升哮喘儿童心理韧性,改善其生活质量,提高家长认知水平。
        Objective:To explore the effects of integrated psychological intervention combined with health education on psychological resilience,quality of life and parents' cognitive level of asthmatic children.Methods:A total of 110 cases of asthmatic children admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to September 2017 were selected and divided into control group(n=55)and observation group(n=55)according to the random number table method.Control group was given routine nursing,and observation group was given integrated psychological intervention combined with health education.The psychological resilience,quality of life,and parents' cognitive level were compared between the two groups.Results:As for psychological resilience,the scores of goal planning(t=2.581,P<0.05),emotional control(t=2.494,P<0.05),positive thinking(t=2.617,P<0.05),interpersonal assistance(t=3.917,P<0.05)and family support(t=2.516,P<0.05)in observation group after intervention were significantly higher than those in control group.The scores of overall health(t=2.441,P<0.05),vitality(t=2.177,P<0.05),emotional function(t=2.256,P<0.05)and mental health(t=2.108,P<0.05)in observation group after intervention were significantly higher than those in the control group.The scores of asthma knowledge(t=3.029,P<0.05),beliefs and attitudes(t=2.257,P<0.05)and parental behavior(t=2.433,P<0.05)in observation group after intervention were higher than those in the control group.Conclusion:Integrated psychological intervention combined with health education can improve the psychological resilience and quality of life of asthmatic children,and enhance the parents' cognitive level.
