桥梁缆索用钢制品国际标准研制

摘要
综述桥梁缆索用钢制品领域技术及标准现状,建立桥梁缆索用钢制品标准体系。对不同国家的桥梁缆索用钢制品相关标准技术内容进行对比。标准适用于5.0 mm、7.0 mm系列用热镀锌及锌-铝合金镀层钢丝,标准中钢丝的强度为1 570 MPa～2 160 MPa,规定桥梁缆索用热镀锌钢丝镀层面质量不小于300 g/m~2,给出了供需双方协商评定的特殊要求和建议的参数值。
The current situation of technology and standards in the field of steel wire and its products for bridge cables was summarized, and the standards system of steel wire and its products for bridge cables is established. The technical contents of relevant standards in different countries are compared. The standard is applicable to 5.0 mm, 7.0 mm series hot-dip galvanized and zinc-aluminum alloy coated steel wires. The tensile strength of the steel wires is 1 570 MPa～2 160 MPa, the coating surface quality of hot-dip galvanized steel wires is not less than 300 g/m~2, the special requirements and recommended parameters for consultation between suppliers and customers are given.
