摘要
目的研究少数民族药物红葱Eleutherine americana的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、半制备高效液相分离、TLC检识等方法进行分离纯化,通过NMR、MS等波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从红葱中分离出5个化合物,分别鉴定为红葱醌A(1)、elecanacin(2)、3-[2-(乙酰氧基)丙基]-2-羟基-8-甲氧基-1,4-萘醌(3)、2-乙酰基-1,8-二甲氧基-3-甲基萘(4)、二羟基艾榴醇(5)。结论化合物1为1个新化合物,化合物1~5均有不同程度抑制金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌生长的作用,其中化合物5对2种菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为0.30、0.06μg/mL。
        Objective To study the chemical constituents from the ethnic medicines of Eleutherine americana. Methods Compounds were separated by silica gel and semi-preparative HPLC, detected by TLC, and identified by their NMR and MS data. Results Five compounds were isolated from E. americana. They were ameriquinone A(1), elecanacin(2), 3-[2-(acetyloxy) propyl]-2-hydroxy-8-methoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone(3), 2-acetyl-1,8-di-methoxy-3-methylnaphthalene(4), and dihydroeleutherinol(5). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound. Compounds 1—5 have different degrees of inhibitory effect on the growth of Staphylococcus aureusand Escherichia coli. The MIC values of compound 5 against two strains were 0.30 μg/m L and 0.06 μg/m L, respectively.
