微信联合回授法健康教育护理干预在医务人员健康体检人群功能性便秘中的应用效果

摘要
目的探讨微信联合回授法健康教育护理干预在医务人员健康体检人群功能性便秘中的应用效果。方法选取2017年9月~2018年9月在我院接受健康体检的深圳市某区医务人员,经筛查符合罗马Ⅳ诊断标准的功能性便秘100例患者,对其实施微信联合回授法的健康教育护理干预,在干预前后分别进行临床症状评分比较和采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行心理状况评分比较。结果干预8周后,患者便秘6个方面的症状积分均明显低于干预前,临床症状明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者的SAS、SDS评分均明显低于干预前,心理状况明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信联合回授法的健康教育护理干预,可明显改善医务人员健康体检人群功能性便秘患者的临床症状,同时改善其心理状况。
        Objective To explores the application effect of Wechat combined teach-back health education nursing intervention on the detection of functional constipation in medical staff. Methods From September 2017 to September2018, 100 medical personnel were selected, they were inspected and diagnosed as functional constipation in our hospital. With the health education nursing intervention of Wechat joint teach-back method, the clinical symptom scores were compared before and after the intervention, and the psychological status scores were compared with the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and the self-rating depression Scale(SDS). Results After 8 weeks of intervention, the patient′s constipation symptom scores were lower than those before the intervention, the clinical symptoms were improved, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the patients were lower than those before the intervention, the psychological statuses were improved, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Wechat combined teach-back health education nursing intervention method can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and psychological statusof patients with functional constipation in medical staff.
