大学的伦理德性与内部治理

摘要
大学的伦理德性是大学在追求文化理想和实践大学的道德使命过程中所形成的卓越品质。大学的伦理德性渗透在大学精神、组织文化、治理方式、教学实践、社会责任、科学研究等方面,是大学作为道德性组织的重要象征。大学要注重伦理德性的养成,不断建构大学完备的道德生态系统,彰显大学卓越的道德品性。大学的伦理德性及其生成是大学内部治理的途径、方式与结果,是大学发展的构成性条件。伦理德性的卓越是一流大学的本质特征。
The ethic virtue of the university is the outstanding quality forming in the pursuit of cultural ideal and the practice of its moral mission. The ethic virtue permeates in the spirit of the university, organizational culture, governance pattern, teaching practice, social responsibility, scientific research and other aspects, which is an important symbol of the university as a moral organization. The university should pay attention to the cultivation of ethic virtue, constantly construct a complete moral ecosystem and highlight the outstanding moral character. The ethic virtue of the university and its formation are the way, pattern and result of its internal governance, which is also the constitutive condition of the university development. The excellence of ethic virtue is the essential characteristic of the first-class university.
