新疆农牧区哈萨克族大学生网络成瘾状况及影响因素分析

摘要
目的了解新疆农牧区生源哈萨克族大学生网络成瘾现状及其影响因素,为农牧区哈萨克族大学生健康成长提供理论支持。方法选取新疆6所高校的4 268名农牧区生源的哈萨克族大学生采用中国青少年危险行为因素监测问卷进行调查。结果新疆农牧区生源哈萨克族大学生网络成瘾率为10. 40%;其中男生(10. 97%)网络成瘾人数比例高于女生(9. 58%)、专科(13. 73%)高于本科生(6. 79%)、独生子女(43. 57%)高于非独生子女(8. 42%)、高年级高于低年级;经常打架学生的网络成瘾人数比例(14. 22%)高于不经常打架学生(10. 20%);有自杀意图学生中网络成瘾人数比例为13. 53%,未自杀意图学生为9. 91%,两者相比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2值为7. 09,P <0. 01);打架、自杀意图、自杀未遂、感到孤独和学习压力大为哈萨克族男大学生网络成瘾的影响因素(P值均<0. 05);自杀意图、自杀未遂、感到孤独、学习压力大为哈萨克族女大学生网络成瘾的影响因素(P值均<0. 05)。。结论高校应对农牧区生源的哈萨克族大学生网络成瘾问题引起关注,尤其是因心理问题引起的网络成瘾学生更应进行及时有效的干预。
Objective To understand the status quo and influencing factors of Internet addiction among Kazak students in Xinjiang farming and pastoral areas,and to provide theoretical support for the healthy growth of Kazakh students in agricultural and pastoral areas. Methods Kazakh students from 4 268 agricultural and pastoral areas in 6 universities in Xinjiang were selected to investigate the risk behavioral factors of Chinese adolescents. Results The Internet addiction rate of Kazak students in Xinjiang agricultural and pastoral areas was 10. 40%. The proportion of Internet addiction among male students( 10. 97%)was higher than that of female students( 9. 58%),junior college students( 13. 73%) and undergraduates( 6. 79%). The only child( 43. 57%) was higher than the non-only child( 8. 42%),and the upper grade was higher than the lower grade. The proportion of Internet addictions of students who often fight( 14. 22%) was higher than that of students who do not often fight( 10. 20%). The proportion of Internet addiction among students was 13. 53%,and that of unsuspected students was 9. 91%,with statistically significant difference( χ~2= 7. 09,P < 0. 01). Fighting,suicidal intentions,attempted suicide,feeling lonely and learning pressure were the influencing factors of Kazak male college students' internet addiction( P < 0. 05),and suicidal intentions,attempted suicide,feeling lonely and learning pressure were the influencing factors of Kazak female college students' internet addiction( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The colleges and universities should pay attention to the Internet addiction problem of Kazakh students in agricultural and pastoral areas,especially the students with internet addiction caused by psychological problems should intervene in a timely and effective manner.
