产业组织理论回溯与研究展望

摘要
作为微观经济学的重要分支,产业组织理论阐释的是不完全竞争市场中的企业行为和市场结构及其制度安排问题。传统产业组织理论体系基本完成于20世纪80年代,主要包括哈佛学派、芝加哥学派、新奥地利学派,其后的新产业组织理论引入博弈论和信息经济学等新研究方法,在理论范式、研究方法和政策主张等方面均有突破。随着互联网对产业组织方式的改变,相关研究的不断推进将进一步丰富产业组织理论。
As an important branch of microeconomics,the theory of industrial organization explains the corporate behavior,market structure and institutional arrangement in imperfect competitive market.The theoretical system of traditional industrial organization is basically completed in 1980s,mainly including the Harvard School,the Chicago school and the new Austria school.New theory of industrial organization has introduced the new research methods such as game theory and information economics,which have breakthroughs in the theoretical paradigm,research method and policy proposition.With the change of the way of industrial organization by the Internet,the continuous development of related research makes the theory of industrial organization more promising.
