畜牧兽医专业高职教育中存在的问题与对策

摘要
发展畜牧兽医专业高职教育对于适应新时代发展新要求、保障和改善民生水平的新期待和"办好人民满意的教育"等具有重大意义。但当前畜牧兽医专业高职教育面临着社会认识的种种偏见,导致学校招生难;实训经费投入不足,制约实践教学;人才力量弱,师资队伍建设难等方面的困境。故此,发展畜牧兽医专业高职教育应从科学自身定位、明确奋斗目标、大力调整专业结构、加强师资队伍建设、深化课程改革和提高教育质量等方面入手,深入理论教学与实践教学研讨,以发展畜牧兽医专业高职教育。
The development of vocational college education for animal husbandry and veterinary professionals is of great significance for adapting to the new requirements of the new era, ensuring and improving the new expectations of the people's livelihood, and "run education to the satisfaction of the people". But at present, the vocational college education of animal husbandry and veterinary majors faces various prejudices of society, which leads to the difficulty of enrolment in the school, insufficient investment in practical training and restrictions on practical teaching, weak talent strength, difficult construction of the faculty, etc. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should start with scientific self-orientation, clear objectives of progress, vigorously transform professional structure,strengthen the construction of teachers, improve the quality of education, and deepen the curriculum reform, the theoretical teaching and practical teaching in order to develop higher vocational education for veterinarians in animal husbandry.
