摘要
通过金相和力学性能试验等方法,分析超温服役后失效的电站锅炉过热器和再热器12CrMoVG钢管,介绍钢材的金相组织和力学性能表现特征,论述超温服役的概念以及产生原因和影响因素。金相组织变化主要表现在铁素体基体脱溶现象和珠光体球化现象,碳化物相成分和形态也会发生明显变化,并且都存在严重的蠕变损伤,相应常温和高温力学性能指标都有明显降低。
By means of metallographic and mechanical properties test, the failure of superheater and reheater 12 CrMoVG steel pipe of power plant boiler after over-temperature service is analyzed. The metallographic structure and mechanical properties of steel are introduced. The concept of over-temperature service, its causes and influencing factors are discussed. The change of metallographic structure is mainly manifested in the phenomena of ferrite matrix dissolution and pearlite spheroidization. The composition and morphology of carbide phase will also change obviously, and serious creep damage exists. The corresponding mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature are obviously reduced.
