摘要
从热处理、化学成分、金相和铸造工艺等方面分析了奥氏体不锈钢CF8M阀板铸件密封面裂纹缺陷产生的原因,发现铸件壁厚差异大、浇注系统设计不合理是热裂纹产生的主要原因。在保持现有模具和工装不做改变的前提下,在铸件厚壁部位覆盖激冷材料及适当修改内浇道尺寸,可以有效地消除铸件开裂缺陷。
The causes of crack defect in CF8 M valve plate castings was analyzed from heat treatment, chemical &metallurgical analysis and foundry process design. The results show that big difference in casting wall thickness and improper gating system design are the main reasons. Under the premise of keeping current patterns and unchanging process equipment, just decreasing casting wall thickness difference, and properly modifying ingate dimensions can effectively solve this problem.
