摘要
目的:探讨腹盆加压法在磁共振弥散张量成像扫描(DTI)中的应用效果。方法:选取在南京医科大学第一附属医院接受DTI的65例腰骶丛神经根病变患者作为研究对象。将这些患者随机分为参照组(28例)和研究组(37例)。采用自由呼吸法对参照组患者进行DTI。采用腹盆加压法对研究组患者进行DTI。然后,比较在两组患者中,DTI图像出现运动伪影患者的占比及出现重度运动伪影患者的占比。结果:接受扫描后,在研究组患者中,DTI图像出现运动伪影患者的占比及出现重度运动伪影患者的占比均低于参照组患者(P <0.05)。结论:腹盆加压法在磁共振弥散张量成像扫描中的应用效果显著,可降低图像中运动伪影的发生率,提高图像的质量。
        objective: to investigate the application effect of abdominal-pelvic compression in magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging(DTI). Methods: 65 patients with lumbosacral plexus radiculopathy who received DTI in the first affiliated hospital of nanjing medical university were selected as research objects. The patients were randomly divided into a control group(28 cases) and a study group(37 cases). Patients in the control group were given DTI by free breathing. The patients in the study group were treated with DTI by pelvic compression. Then, the proportion of patients with DTI image motion artifact and the proportion of patients with severe motion artifact in the two groups were compared. Results: after receiving the scan, the proportion of patients with motion artifacts in DTI images and patients with severe motion artifacts in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of abdominal-pelvic pressure method in diffusion tensor magnetic resonance imaging can reduce the incidence of motion artifacts and improve the image quality.
