摘要

目的研究手术室护理中质量评估对不安全因素的控制效果。方法选取本院接受1 000的手术患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为对照组与观察组,每组均500例。对照组给予手术室常规护理,观察组在护理过程中开展质量评估,观察两组护理质量和不安全事件发生情况。结果观察组护理纠纷、用药差错、护理差错、不安全事件等发生率均低于对照组,且护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理过程中实施质量评估,对不安全因素具有一定的预防作用,能够有效降低手术室护理过程中不安全事件的发生率,提高护理质量和患者对护理的满意度。
        Objective To study the effect of quality assessment on unsafe factors in operation room nursing. Methods 1 000 surgical patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 500 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing in the operating room. The observation group carried out quality assessment during the nursing process.The quality of nursing and the occurrence of unsafe incidents were observed in both groups. Results The incidence of nursing disputes, medication errors,nursing errors and unsafe incidents in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Implementing quality assessment in the process of operating room nursing can prevent unsafe factors, effectively reduce the incidence of unsafe incidents in the process of operating room nursing, and improve the quality of nursing and patients' satisfaction with nursing.
