上流式厌氧污泥床处理生物柴油废水特性研究

摘要
为了提高上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)处理生物柴油废水的效果和容积负荷,研究了UASB在投加填料前后对生物柴油废水的处理效果和运行变化规律。结果表明,当进水COD为59.18 g/L时,填料装填体积比为5%时,UASB装置对COD的去除率为88.6%,此时COD容积负荷可达12.9 kg/(m~3·d);当进水COD为18.27 g/L时,填料装填体积比为5%时,产沼气量可达11.88 L/d。随进水COD的增加,出水有机酸含量基本呈现上升的趋势,出水pH呈现逐步下降的趋势。
        In order to improving up-flow anaerobic sludge bed(UASB) treatment efficiency for biodiesel wastewater and volume load, treatment effect on biodiesel wastewater and running change law of UASB was studied before and after adding the filler. The results showed that when the influent COD was 59.18 g/L and the packing volume ratio of the filler was 5%, the COD removal rate by UASB was about 88.6%, and the volume load of COD could reach 12.9 kg/(m~3·d) at the time. When the influent concentration of COD was 18.27 g/L and the packing volume ratio of the filler was 5%, the biogas production could reach 11.88 L/d. With the influent COD increasing, the effluent concentration of organic acid increased, and the effluent pH decreased gradually.
