摘要
提出了"正向激励"安全管理模式,以鼓励企业员工自觉履行安全职责,激励安全行为,消减作业现场风险,最大限度减少不安全行为,消除不安全状态。通过安全KPI的正向激励机制与信息化建设相结合,将减少现场"三违"现象,使得安全隐患呈现递减趋势,有效杜绝各类事故的发生。
This paper proposed a safety management model-" positive incentive",to encourage employees to perform their safety duties consciously,to motivate safety behaviors,to reduce risks and unsafe behavior,and to eliminate unsafe conditions. The combination of the positive incentive mechanism of the safety KPI and the information construction would reduce the violation to safety rules,reduce potential risks and prevent the occurrence of accidents effectively.
