摘要
为提高动态仿真系统的实时性和人机交互性,将PLC控制技术、三维建模技术与MCGS组态软件结合,提出了一种三维动态仿真系统的设计方法。以PLC作为控制器,MCGS组态软件作为动态仿真平台,分析仿真对象的运动状态并建立三维模型,通过组合位图和坐标变换的方法设计三维动态仿真画面,然后编写仿真程序来定义虚拟控制对象的仿真动作,并将MCGS组态软件和PLC控制器建立通信实现硬件在环HIL(Hardware-in-the-loop)仿真。结果表明所开发的动态仿真系统画面真实感强,实时交互性以及可靠性良好。
        To improve the real-time and human-computer interaction of dynamic simulation system,a design method of 3D dynamic simulation system is proposed based on the combination of PLC control technology,3D modeling technology and MCGS configuration software. The PLC is used as the controller,and MCGS configuration software as the dynamic simulation platform. To establish the 3D model,the motion state of the simulation object is analyzed,and the 3D simulation picture is designed by means of composing bitmaps and transforming coordinate. Then the simulation action of the virtual control object is defined by writing simulation programs. The communication of MCGS configuration software and PLC controller is established to simulate with HIL(Hardware-in-the-loop). The results show that the developed 3D dynamic simulation system has strong third dimension,good real-time interaction and reliability.
