摘要
随着我国电动汽车电力产业的快速发展,配电网中电动汽车充电桩大量接入。分布式的充电桩一般采用单相交流供电方式,导致配电网电压不平衡,使得系统损耗增加,甚至危及系统的安全。准确、快速地检测配电网的不平衡具有至关重要的意义。基于S变换的思想提出一种新型三相不平衡检测方法。通过引入2个调节因子,提高基波幅值和相位的检测速度和精确度,增强不平衡度检测效果。仿真和实验证明了所提出方法的有效性。
        With the development of electric vehicle,EV charger is wildly used in power system. Power supply for the distributed EV charger is single-phase AC,it will result in the problem of distribution network imbalance. This may increase system loss,even damage the safe operation of the system. Accurate and fast detection of distribution network imbalance is significant. Based on the idea of S transform,a new three-phase imbalance detection method was proposed. By introducing two adjusting factors,the detection speed and accuracy of the amplitude and phase of the fundamental wave could be improved,and the detection effect of unbalance degree could be enhanced. Simulations and experiments show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
