摘要
为了得到有效的净化分离和萃取方法,对经典QuEChERS法进行改进。建立大豆中三嗪除草剂萃取、净化的新型QuEChERS法,高效液相色谱法对其进行检测。考察萃取剂类型、用量,吸附剂类型、用量,样品溶液pH值以及萃取时间等对萃取、净化效果的影响。在最有条件下,该方法线性关系良好,西玛通、草净津、敌草净、特丁通、特丁津的检出限分别是5.0,6.4,8.5,5.9和4.8μg/kg,回收率在93.1-107.8%之间,相对标准偏差低于5.6%。
        The classic Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged and Safe method was improved in order to get effective purification, separation and extraction method. A new type method was developed to extraction and purification of triazine herbicides from soybean sample. The high performance liquid chromatography was applied to the determination of the herbicides. The influence factors, including the effect of extraction agent, the effect of adsorbent, pH value of sample solution and extraction time, were investigated. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the linearities for determining the analytes were good. The limits of detection for simeton, cyanazine,desmetryn,terbumeton and terbuthylazine were 5.0, 6.4, 8.5, 5.9, and 4.8 μg/kg, respectively. When the present method was applied to the analysis of four soybean samples, the recoveries of the analytes ranged from 93.1% to 107.8% and relative standard deviations were lower than 5.6%.
