摘要
对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS)采用不同的注塑成型工艺进行注塑,研究了注射速度、注射压力和保压压力对ABS树脂冲击强度、冲击样条缩痕深度和样品质量的影响。结果表明:提高注射速度、注射压力均使样品的冲击强度降低,质量提高,冲击样条缩痕减小。注射速度比注射压力对产品的性能影响大,调整参数时应优先考虑注射速度。在50~70 MPa的保压压力范围内,保压压力对ABS树脂的冲击性能影响较小。
        The effects of injection speed,injection pressure and holding pressure on impact strength,shrinkage depth and sample quality of ABS resin were studied by different injection molding processes.The results show that the impact strength,quality and shrinkage mark of impact spline decrease with the increase of injection speed and pressure.Injection speed has greater influence on product performance than injection pressure.Injection speed is preferred when adjusting parameters.Within the pressure range of 50~70 MPa,the pressure has little effect on the impact properties of ABS resin.
