大型并联立式屏蔽泵的轴系动力响应分析

摘要
针对当前对立式屏蔽泵的转子-水润滑轴承的动力学特性研究相对薄弱等问题,以大型并联立式屏蔽泵为研究对象,通过合理的简化,建立了其轴系的三维模型,通过有限单元法对其进行预应力模态分析,并在预应力模态分析的基础上,分别对其进行了谐响应分析、瞬态动力学分析,分析得出了立式屏蔽泵轴系系统的不平衡响应曲线和立式屏蔽泵的轴系系统在不同刚度和阻尼下受到突加激励时的瞬态响应曲线。分析结果表明,虽然立式屏蔽泵轴系系统在受到突加激励力后会出现较大的振动,但是很快都趋于稳定,说明该立式屏蔽泵的轴系系统拥有着较好的动力稳定性。以上的研究结果对立式屏蔽泵的设计和研究具有指导作用。
        Aiming at the problem that the research on the dynamic characteristics of the rotor-water lubricated bearings of the vertical shielded pumps is relatively weak,taking large parallel vertical shielded pump as the research object,through reasonable simplification,established three-dimensional solid model of the vertical shielded pumps,through the use of finite element method to making the prestressed modal analysis,and on the basis of prestressed modal analysis,making harmonic response analysis and transient dynamic analysis for the vertical shielded pumps,unbalanced response curve and the transient response curves under different stiffness and damping by the sudden excitation of shaft system of the vertical shielded pumps were got. In the analysis results,although shaft system of the vertical shielded pump will be subject to sudden increase in excitation force after the emergence of large vibration,but the vertical shielded pump was fast stable,it shows that the shafting system of vertical shielded pump has good dynamic stability. These experiment results provide some references for the design and research of the vertical shielded pump.
