摘要
应用型本科院校是打造工科创新型人才的主力军,新时期的创新人才应具有扎实的专业基础、丰富的实践经验、跨学科知识储备、开阔的国际视野和不竭的创新动力,但当前高校工科专业创新人才培养体系普遍面临教与学的严重割裂,工科专业实践教师团队整体缺乏实践经验,忽视学生人文精神养成等问题。在打造新时期创新型工程技术人才过程中,应用型本科院校需要探索形成理论实验互补、实践竞赛推动、专业素养跨界拓展、个性化柔性培养的工程教育模式。
The Application-oriented Colleges and Universities are the main force to create innovative engineering talents. In the new era, innovative talents should have solid professional foundation, rich practical experience, interdisciplinary knowledge reserve, broad international vision and endless innovation power. However, the current training system of innovative engineering talents in colleges and universities is generally facing a serious split between teaching and learning, and the lack of practical experience of engineering teachers,and the neglects of the cultivation of students' humanistic spirit. In the process of building innovative engineering talents in the new era,application-oriented undergraduate colleges need to explore the engineering education mode with the complementary between theory and experiment, practical competition promoted, cross-border expansion of professional accomplishment, and flexible cultivation of personality.
