摘要

南京中医药大学附属医院消化内镜中心承担了近百名消化专业硕士研究生及基层医院医生的教学工作。由于学生基础水平参差不齐,教师难以把握教学的力度,通过数年教学经验的总结与积累,反复探索不同教学模式,与"传统LBL(Lecture-Based Learning)"教学模式相比较,本中心采用的"PBL(Problem-Based Learning)"教学模式,取得了更好效果,为基层医院输送了大量内镜专科技术人才。现结合具体实践浅谈作者在消化内镜教学中的一些体会。
        For many years, the digestive endoscopy center of chinese traditional medical hospital of JiangSu Province has undertaken the teaching tasks for nearly a hundred students.The teachers have difficulty in grasping the strength of teaching.The digestive endoscopy center has accumulated years of experience, and explored different teaching modes, Compared with the LBL's model, PBL's model has achieved better results. The digestive endoscopy center has delivered a large number of students for other hospitals.This paper discusses the author's experience in the teaching of digestive endoscopy.
