垂体腺瘤假包膜相关研究进展
摘要
<正>垂体腺瘤是颅内常见良性腺瘤,其发病率在颅内腺瘤中排第2位,约占颅内腺瘤的12.1%~([1])。随着神经内镜和影像技术的发展,垂体腺瘤的手术治疗也有了很大进步。目前,经蝶窦入路手术是大部分垂体腺瘤的首选治疗方式。随着人们生活水平的提高,神经外科医生不仅要关注如何彻底切除腺瘤防止腺瘤复发,还要关注对残存垂体功能的保护,以避免医源性垂体功能低下。近10年来,国内外许多学者提出了
