摘要
介绍了引入离聚物改性PVC共混体系在生产塑胶跑道中的应用研究。探讨了离聚物对PVC共混体系的改性机理,研究了引入不同含量的离聚物对PVC共混体系生产PVC塑胶跑道在加工应用方面和对产品力学性能的影响。结果表明:加入适量的离聚物,在物料的塑化性能、相容性、加工稳定性和产品的力学性能等方面都得到了改善和提高。
This paper introduces the application of an ionomer modified PVC blend system in the production of plastic tracks and discussed the modification mechanism of ionomers for this blend system. And it is studied the effect of ionomer contents on the processing and application of PVC plastic tracks and the mechanical properties of the product. The results show that the plasticizing property, compatibility, processing stability and mechanical properties of the product were improved by adding a proper amount of ionomers.
