Technological development and competitiveness analysis of large capacity blast furnace

摘要
Increasing monomer furnace volume is one of the concrete manifestations of blast furnace ( BF) enlargement during the process of the industrial structure adjustment and the equipment level improvement in the ironmaking field.BF enlargement complies with the national industry policy and meets the strict environment requirement.The results show that : the large-scale BF has the advantages of lower investment and fuel consumption of per ton hot metal,higher monomer yield and labor productivity and good environmental benefits due to the advanced matching techniques,such as high top pressure smelting,gas dry dedusting,hot stove with high blast temperature,BF charging by sized material and fuel,and longevity design.The enlargement of furnace volume promotes the ironmaking technology development.Large BF competitiveness mainly depends on the improvement of the technical and economic index and the reduction of the operation cost.The large BF' s advantage has been taken with the development of matching processes of sintering,pelletizing and coking.In order to enhance the competition force of large BF,the soft powers,such as BF operation technique,process management and optimization of system before ironmaking processes,should be combined with the hardware conditions of advanced equipment technology in large BF.
