摘要

The nominal Li concentration giving a maximum room temperature Li-ion conductivity 蟽_Li 鈮?#xA0;3.45 脳 10^鈭? S cm^鈭? with an E_a 鈮?#xA0;0.438 eV in the system Li_7鈭?em>xLa₃Hf_2鈭?em>xTa_xO₁₂ fired in an alumina crucible at 1130 掳C for 48 h occurs in the narrow range of x = 0.45 卤 0.05. The samples were prepared by solid-state reaction and characterized by XRD, SEM, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and ⁷Li MAS NMR measurements.
