BackgroundRegadenoson is a selective A2A adenosine receptor agonist indicated for radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging in patients unable to undergo adequate exercise stress. However, the safety, tolerability, and plasma concentrations associated with repeated doses have not previously been assessed.
