The chemical composition of groundwater in the town of Berezniki from 17.12.2010 until 15.10.2012., showed a sharp fluctuation corresponding to the depression of the hydrological structure in the meridional tectonic shift.We found a sharp increasing in salinity and specific groundwater components close to the road surface and in the proximity of the wells.It seems that a significant jump of salinity and the content of most components, to a certain extent can serve as precursors of sinkhole collapses.
